Ordering and Delivery

- When will I receive my order?
Orders that are ordered on workdays before 17.00 and paid will be shipped the same day. Each country has different transfer times. For more information about the delivery time to your country send us an email.

- Can I track my order?
Yes, that's possible. Once we have your package ready for shipment, you will receive a track trace code so you can track your package. 

- Can I add something to my order?
If your order is not ready for shipping, we can add something in most cases. In this case, contact us by mail. 

What are the shipping costs?
You can see the shipping costs in the ordering process after entering the destination country. 

- My country is not listed, can I still order something?​
Of course, we ship worldwide. If your country is not in the list, please send us an email. We will add your country.

- Should I create an account?
No, not necessarily. But with an account you can order quickly and you have an overview of your previous orders. 

Webshop

- The product I'm looking for is not in your shop. can I still buy it from you?
It is quite possible that we can provide the product you are looking for. Since we do not have our entire stock online. Send us an email and we'll look for you if we can supply it. 

- How can I see if the item is in stock?
That's very simple, if you click on an item and click the arrow next to the quantity you see how much you can buy of this product. This is also our stock. 

- I don't know the partnumber of the part I'm looking for. 
We can help you with that, please contact us by mail. 

Pay

- What payment methods do you have?
You can safely pay in our shop with iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius, PayPal, Creditcard, SofortBanking/Directebanking and Pre Transfer. 

VAT

- Do I have to pay VAT?
All prices listed on Spare-Parts.nl are excluding EU VAT. VAT is only applicable for customers inside the Netherlands and for customers and companies without a valid VAT number inside the European Union. Customers outside the European Union don't have to pay VAT. 

- I have a EU VAT number, how do I order and pay?
Our shop automatically deduct VAT after you fill in your VAT number in the ordering process.

- I live outside Europe, how do I order and pay?
Our shop automatically deduct VAT. 


Note: For customers outside the EU, our Dutch VAT does not apply, but you may get charged with custom duties or import charges. These surcharges vary per country / territory and are not included in the shipping costs quoted on our webshop, nor can you prepay them through us. These are costs that we cannot calculate nor influence for you as they are levied by your local tax authorities and / or custom offices.
